Sicilian almond panettone! The dough rises slowly and naturally, only with sourdough starter.
The same yeast as always, refreshed every day with water and flour to preserve that authenticity of the flavors making the dough soft and highly digestible.
Three different processing and kneading phases, 40 hours of natural leavening, cooling to room temperature before packaging.
Without dyes and preservatives, handmade icing: irregular and different in each panettone, thick and crunchy.
A soft and light dessert, the dough is enhanced by the candied orange and raisins inside, covered with handcrafted icing, with whole almonds and sugar flakes; created with simple, excellent quality ingredients.
