Louis Roederer Cristal – Champagne Brut Millesimé

Created in 1876 for Tsar Alexander II, Louis Roederer Cristal it is today one of the most iconic Champagnes in the world. Produced only in exceptional years, it represents the essence of purity and balance. It matures for over six years in the Maison's cellars and rests further after disgorgement, developing a unique complexity. On the nose it opens with elegant notes of citrus, dried fruit, almond and vanilla, while on the palate it is creamy, mineral and of extraordinary length.

Food pairings:

Perfect with gourmet dishes based on shellfish, caviar, sushi, oysters and delicate white meats. Also excellent as a meditation champagne.
