Ruinart Blanc de Blancs – Champagne Brut

Pure expression of Ruinart style, Blanc de Blancs it is a Champagne of extraordinary brightness and elegance, obtained exclusively from Chardonnay grapes from the best crus of the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims. On the nose it offers a refined bouquet of white flowers, citrus fruits, peach and tropical fruits. On the palate it is silky, fresh and mineral, with a very fine bubble and a finish of great purity and persistence.

Food pairings:

Perfect as a high-class aperitif, it beautifully accompanies fish carpaccio, shellfish, oysters and tuna tartare. Excellent even with delicate vegetarian dishes.
