Bollinger Special Cuvée is the most authentic expression of the style of the Maison Bollinger. Born from a skilful union of reserve wines and selected vintages, this Champagne Brut combines structure, elegance and complexity in perfect balance. On the nose it reveals aromas of quince, brioche and hazelnut, with subtle spicy notes. On the palate it is creamy and persistent, with a fine bubble and a long, refined finish.

Food pairings:

Perfect as an excellent aperitif, it wonderfully accompanies shellfish, baked fish, poultry and mature cheeses.
